Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is seeking a Property Tax Manager to lead daily property tax operations for assigned US and Canadian jurisdictions, overseeing valuation analyses, appeals, budgeting, and compliance in a deadline-driven environment.

You will mentor staff, partner with leasing, accounting and external consultants, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalable tax workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field required.
• 8+ years of property tax experience across multi-jurisdictional real and personal property tax processes, budgeting, compliance, appeals, acquisitions, dispositions, and/or accounts payable administration.
• Proficiency in Excel and database management.
• Experience with budgeting, compliance, appeals, acquisitions, dispositions, and/or accounts payable administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project management, follow-up, and relationship-management skills; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax appeal management for multiple US and Canadian jurisdictions.
• Analyze real and personal property tax valuations, liabilities, and trends with third-party consultants.
• Distribute financial information to external consultants.
• Review tax refunds and consultant fees for accuracy and update software systems.
• Train and mentor analysts and staff during peak cycles.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for property tax across jurisdictions.
• Supervise real estate tax compliance administration and filings.
