Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a property risk engineer consultant to support West zone, focusing on site surveys and desktop analyses across manufacturing, auto, construction and office occupancies. Remote role requiring domicile in California, Arizona, or Nevada to support field work.

The team comprises ARC engineers delivering risk consulting, hazard analysis, and bespoke training to optimize client risk management and resilience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering/technical experience in Property Risk Engineering and Earthquake risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical expertise in Property/HPR insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site field engineering surveys and desktop reviews for underwriting and insureds.
• Prepare risk engineering reports, recommendations and loss control surveys.
• Coordinate with underwriting, clients and brokers to develop loss control programs and services.
• Travel across the US to support site surveys and client engagements.
