Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a property risk engineer consultant to support the West zone. The role is remote, requiring residence in California (Central or Southern), Arizona, or Nevada to support field work.

You will conduct site surveys and desktop analyses across manufacturing, auto, construction, offices, and other exposures. Join a team of seasoned risk engineers delivering bespoke risk consulting, training, and risk analysis to help clients optimize resilience and loss prevention

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of engineering/technical expertise in Property Risk Engineering and Earthquake risks.
Experience with multiple occupancies and hazards, including manufacturing and high-value risks.
Ability to evaluate earthquake risks via field and desktop approaches and develop loss-control solutions.

Responsibilities

Independently support large corporate clients with on-site field engineering surveys and risk reviews.
Generate comprehensive risk reports and recommendations for underwriting and clients.
Coordinate with underwriting, clients, and brokers to develop loss-control programs and value-added solutions.
Maintain data entry quality and comply with GSOP and deadlines.
Balance field surveys with prospect/account reviews and client communications.
