Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' engineering/technical expertise in Property Risk Engineering and Earthquake risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience evaluating earthquake risks through field and desktop reviews.
- Ability to travel across the US, with some Canada/international travel is expected.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site field engineering surveys and plan reviews for underwriting.
- Prepare risk reports and recommendations for complex occupancies.
- Coordinate with underwriting, brokers and clients to deliver loss control solutions.
- Develop loss control programs and assist with client stewardship meetings.
- Balance field work with account reviews and timely data entry per GSOP.
