Job summary

Allianz Commercial's ARC team seeks a property engineer consultant to support loss control for West zone clients. The role covers California, Arizona or Nevada and involves on-site field surveys, risk assessments and reporting to underwriting to aid risk selection and retention.

You will lead account engineering surveys, develop risk improvement recommendations, and collaborate with underwriting, claims and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Property Risk Engineering with earthquake focus.
• Experience with field surveys and routine risk assessments.
• Familiarity with NFPA or similar fire protection guidelines.
• Ability to travel across the US and some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field engineering surveys and plan reviews for underwriting.
• Generate risk assessments, loss control reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with underwriting, clients and brokers on risk solutions.
• Maintain data quality and adhere to GSOP and deadlines.
• Support training and ARC initiatives as needed.
