Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Property Risk Account Engineer with protected risk (HPR) experience for a remote role preferably located in the North East. Travel to a local Zurich Office may be required about once a month.

The role includes managing the account risk portfolio, providing account level risk engineering to meet underwriting requirements, and developing customer service strategies to reduce loss and improve operations. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in Risk Engineering or 8+ years with HS Diploma variant.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and team environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage account risk portfolio and provide account level engineering to meet underwriting requirements.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to reduce loss and improve operations.
• Perform plan reviews and support change management.
• Provide engineering support to underwriting through client broker meetings.
• Monitor delivery of property account engineering services for timeliness and cost efficiency.
