The Senior Manager will drive strategy, compliance with FAR/DFARS, and scalable solutions, collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to advance property management processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Property, Supply Chain, Logistics, Audit, or Operations.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site team responsible for property records, audit reporting, and compliance.
• Define strategy, goals, standard work, and performance metrics for property needs.
• Oversee government, customer, and company property records with FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Direct enterprise audit readiness activities, including data validation and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of audit and property data for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain audit reporting tools and automated solutions.
• Lead digital reporting capabilities using Power Query, VBA, and Power Platform.
• Align reporting with DFARS requirements, GFP, and deliverable items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support enterprise initiatives.
