RTX is seeking a qualified professional in Tucson to manage government and company property records onsite. You will ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance and audit readiness while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process improvement and timely responsiveness to changing requirements. Ideal candidates bring a university degree or equivalent and 5+ years in logistics, government property, or related fields, with DoD program experience and proficiency

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Logistics, Operations, Contracts, Programs, Government Property or Supply Chain.
• Experience applying property management policies in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support property records management with government, customer and company records.
• Promote process efficiency, data accuracy and continuous improvement in property records.
• Communicate with stakeholders to support government property compliance and audits.
• Respond to changing requirements and urgent requests to support business needs.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage work priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Identify issues and support improvement across the organization.
