Qualifications

• Knowledge in all aspects of business including leasing and construction management.
• Must have been responsible for a portfolio of three or more projects with direct reports.
• A valid real estate license is required in states where work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in solidifying a positive relationship with owners by being proactive and responsive.
• Prepare and report information in a timely fashion to designated staff.
• Develop a resource plan with accountability for delivering a completed project.
• Review specifications and contracts for service agreements.
• Weekly visits to sites to review policies and procedures.
