Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Yardi Voyager 7s Experience (Preferred).
• 7+ years of Commercial Property Management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Company Vision and Values.
• Manages onsite staff, including Assistant Manager and Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintains budget parameters and reviews/rebidding expenditures.
• Participates in selection of contract services and vendor negotiations; monitors performance.
• Leads staff to meet performance and development goals; supports progress.
• Addresses issues to minimize unsatisfactory performance or disruptions.
• Assists Leasing Agent and Building Engineer in tenant construction build-out and costs.
• Performs annual lease audits and monthly property inspections; maintains insurance certificates.
• Invoicing and collection of monthly rent and other receivables.
• Maintains tenant amenities and fosters tenant relationship-building and retention.
• Maintains community relations by participating in related organizations.
• Leads annual operating budget preparation and presents to owners; monitors expenses.
• Completes year-end expense reconciliation and bills tenants for overages/credits.
