Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably in retail.
• Proven experience with CAM reconciliations, collections, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in real estate software (Skyline preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple commercial properties.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Oversee annual budgeting and financial reporting for assigned properties.
• Review and approve invoices; manage collections.
• Conduct lease reviews to determine responsibilities.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform regular property inspections.
• Prepare and execute CAM reconciliations.
