Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Management Senior Manager in Oak Brook, IL to supervise a team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios.

You will act as owner representative, prepare reports, and manage budgets. This role requires leadership, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional work across the property management function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team toward operational targets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Respond to high-profile tenant needs and issues.
• Serve as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Review rent and CAM charges for timely payment.
