You will supervise onsite staff, manage budgets, oversee marketing and leasing, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Property Management & Leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state & local Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the property and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs to address issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and delinquency actions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants and fill vacancies.
• Conduct property tours and screenings for new leases.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance and occupancy.
