Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property Management & Leasing experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state & local and Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm and weekends based on vacancy needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the property and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee security measures and emergency response across sites.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and cost control.
• Prepare regular property performance and occupancy reports.
• Supervise on-site staff and lead leasing efforts.
• Develop marketing strategies to fill vacancies.
