Qualificações

• Minimum of four years’ experience in residential property management with three years’ supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting abilities.
• Proficiency with on-site software and Excel; Yardi preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties and on-site teams.
• Mentor and train assigned Property Managers in the region.
• Develop and manage property budgets, marketing plans, and forecasts.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and timely reporting.
