Job summary

NE Property Management is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for the Lariat on McKinley in Abilene, TX. This role oversees on-site teams, budgets, and asset performance within a premier multi-family portfolio.

You will drive occupancy, NOI, and tenant satisfaction while coordinating with regional leadership. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of on-site management experience, a Bachelor's degree or CAM, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct on-site property management experience, including 1 year managing a comparable multi-family community.
• Bachelor's degree or CAM designation highly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and NOI responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Operations: oversee rent collections, deposits, budgets and delinquency actions.
• Supervise On-Site Teams: lead and train office and maintenance staff to meet benchmarks.
• Maximize Asset Condition: conduct regular property inspections and report capital needs to AVP.
• Coordinate Maintenance Board: track vacancy status and manage make-ready timelines.
