You will drive strategy, financial oversight, and operational excellence to maximize value and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of real estate property management experience, a BS in business or related field, and professional designations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation and real estate license are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business.
• Provide overall property management leadership through policies, programs, and strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow with timely reporting to owners.
• Maintain third-party owner relationships and contract compliance.
• Oversee construction projects and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.
