Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years’ experience in commercial property management, including mixed-use/retail space preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Certifications such as RPA/CPM/CCIM/LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise qualified personnel to service the building, prepare bids, and hire outside contractors as authorized.
• Manage the physical structure and daily operations, including security, parking, and loading dock.
• Partner with marketing team to deliver community engagement programs and coordinate with clients, vendors, and owners.
