Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in commercial property management, a business degree, and professional designations such as RPA/CPM/CCIM; strong budgeting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years’ experience in commercial property management, including mixed-use/retail space preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), LEED AP or LEED Green Associate designation preferred
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; knowledge of Yardi, Energy Star Manager, LEED Online preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise qualified personnel to service the building, prepare bid proposals, and hire outside contractors as authorized
• Manage the physical structure and daily operations, including security, parking, and loading dock
• Partner with marketing consultant team to deliver community engagement program
• Communicate with Clients, vendors, investors, owners, and building services contractors to maintain positive relationships
• Lead weekly operations meetings and ownership asset meetings; participate in marketing coordination and construction meetings
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, long-term capital plans, monthly reports and reforecasts
• Handle A/P and A/R functions at property and consolidated levels
• Oversight of lease administration
• Create, implement, and manage the emergency preparedness program
• Manage building sustainability programs and LEED certifications
