Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience as Property Manager.
• Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Housing Offices and manage day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate housing property operations, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Negotiate, develop, and prepare leases, permits, contracts, and property agreements.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor performance; investigate tenant complaints when services are not provided properly.
• Ensure housing services to Tribal Members while maintaining compliance with housing policies and Tribal Building Code.
