Job summary

The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking a Property Manager to lead the Housing Offices across reservations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, property maintenance, contracts, and tenant relations to ensure compliant, high-quality housing services.

The role requires a four-year degree in business administration or related field, at least five years of property management experience, a Florida driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business administration or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of prior experience as Property Manager is required; or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered.
• Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software.
• Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Housing Offices within the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Housing property operations, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Negotiate, develop, and prepare leases, permits, contracts, and other property agreements.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of contractors and resolve tenant complaints.
• Supervise and schedule work of Property Staff.
• Ensure housing services meet policy and Tribal Building Code standards and provide quality financial/housing education.
