Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Downtown Boulder seeks a seasoned property management leader to direct and coordinate property management operations, develop policies, supervise staff, and ensure contract compliance. This role requires strong leadership across teams and a focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants.

You will oversee budgets, invoicing, cash flow, and reporting to owners, manage vendors, address tenant relations, perform site inspections, and coordinate construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Experience in managing, evaluating, developing, and motivating subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise property management operations.
• Develop and interpret policies and programs; manage information flow and strategy.
• Lead property management staff and promote career paths.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, cash flow, and reporting to owners.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely reporting to third-party owners.
• Oversee construction projects with Construction Manager including contracts.
• Maintain tenant relations and perform regular property inspections.
