Cushman & Wakefield in Boston seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead the Property Management staff, oversee a significant portfolio, and serve as the focal point for third‑party relationships. You will direct operations, develop policy, manage budgets, and produce owner reports.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of real estate property management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, CPM/RPA/CSM designation, a real estate license, and strong finance/building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation desirable.
• Real estate license required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee property management operations.
• Develop policies and programs to guide property management strategy.
• Lead Property Management staff and mentor subordinates.
• Monitor budgets, track variances, and oversee cash flow.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and disbursement of funds.
• Prepare reports, annual budgets, and owner communications.
• Maintain third‑party owner relationships and contract compliance.
• Resolve tenant relations issues and oversee regular property inspections.
• Supervise construction projects with the Construction Manager.
