Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Property Manager & Special Projects to ensure the maintenance and operation of our State Center, Eustis Building and CFCL Frogtown Rondo properties in Minneapolis. The role combines facilities oversight with capital planning and project leadership to optimize safety, costs and service delivery.

You will supervise the maintenance team, manage operating budgets, respond to urgent building needs and lead a five-year capital plan, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, project management or related field.
• 5+ years relevant work experience, including project management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction background and familiarity with IBC and local codes.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization’s real property at State Center, Eustis Building and CFCL Frogtown Rondo.
• Manage building budgets and supervise the maintenance team.
• Respond to emergent building needs promptly and effectively.
• Create and execute a five-year capital plan to optimize dollars.
