Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; boiler license in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 120 days of employment.
• 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience including HVAC, boilers, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable MVR and DOT Medical Examiner''s Certificate (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities maintenance and improvement projects across Twin Cities Salvation Army properties.
• Provide technical leadership for commercial building systems and supervise site maintenance staff.
• Oversee contractors and projects, monitor progress, and communicate with the Divisional Property Manager.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and boiler logs; support licensing and inspections.
• Travel frequently throughout the Twin Cities and occasionally across the Northern Division.
