Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Sr. Property Manager to oversee maintenance and capital planning for multiple facilities in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in business/admin, facilities or related field.
• Five+ years of relevant work experience, including project management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of codes/regulations and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect real property across multiple sites.
• Lead maintenance team and manage operating budgets.
• Respond to emergent building needs and plan capital projects.
• Create and execute a five-year capital plan for cost optimization and safety.
• Partner with LSS lines of service and tenants on property use.
• Support office moves and other property projects as needed.
