Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager III for Wayne Tower, a senior apartment community in Wayne, Michigan. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgets, leasing oversight, occupancy, and safety compliance across HUD/LIHTC programs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in affordable housing management; CPM/ARM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet motor policy requirements.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and organized tenant files with MOR/REAC readiness.
