Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible and proactive behavior.
• Must have a good leasing background and collections background.

Responsibilities

• Do outreach and tours for potential residents.
• Manage open houses and handle complaints and maintenance.
• Ensure the property is clean and well-maintained.
