Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a team responsible for customer service, delinquencies, outreach and tours across 800 units in 70 buildings. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong organizational skills.

You will coordinate open houses, handle complaints and maintenance, and ensure the property is clean and well-maintained. A proven leasing background and collections experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible and proactive.
• Must have a good leasing background and collections background.
