The Recruiting Hive is seeking a property manager to lead a team responsible for customer service, leasing, and maintenance across a multi-building portfolio. The role includes managing delinquencies, conducting outreach and tours, coordinating open houses, and ensuring properties remain clean and well-maintained.

A strong leasing and collections background is essential. Experience with large portfolios (hundreds of units) and the ability to supervise staff and communicate effectively are

Competenze

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible and proactive.
• Must have a good leasing background and collections background.
