Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible and proactive.
• Must have a strong leasing background and collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team that handles customer service and property operations.
• Manage delinquencies and collections processes.
• Do outreach and community tours to prospective renters.
• Manage open houses and property showings.
• Handle complaints and coordinate maintenance repairs.
