Overview

A national property management company overseeing a portfolio of large apartment communities is seeking a Senior or District-level Property Manager for a large townhome community in West Bloomfield, MI. This is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of a large-scale residential property.

What you'll do

• Oversee all operations of a large-scale apartment/townhome community
• Manage and lead a team of 6+ direct reports
• Drive property performance to support quarterly bonus opportunities
• Support rehab and renovation efforts for older units as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience managing properties of 300+ units
• Experience overseeing a team of 6+ people
• At least 2+ years of experience as a District Manager, Regional Manager, or extensive experience as a Sr. Property Manager

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with rehab properties highly preferred
• CAM certification preferred but not required
