We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to be responsible for the operation, physical condition, and financial performance of the assigned portfolio. This includes supervising personnel, assisting in leasing and financial function, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and optimum performance of the property. This individual will continually evaluate all phases of building operations in order to enhance the efficiency of related services and operations and maximize cost effectiveness.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range: $110,000 USD - $120,000 USD
