Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

EDENS is a leading owner, developer, and steward of a portfolio of over 100 retail and mixed-use properties across high-growth markets nationwide. We focus on thoughtful planning, inspired merchandising, and community engagement to create vibrant places that attract over 15 million visitors daily.

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team. Reporting to the Vice President of Property Management, this role involves managing the performance of assigned properties, overseeing maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and technical problem analysis. The position will start as remote, with a transition to an office in the long term.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exemplary customer service proactively and positively.
  2. Inspect properties, identify deficiencies, and correct issues within budget guidelines and standards.
  3. Manage rent collections, late notices, payment negotiations, and collections proceedings.
  4. Maintain operating expenses within budget.
  5. Monitor and update property management systems.
  6. Maintain accurate property and tenant data.
  7. Negotiate maintenance agreements with contractors.
  8. Review and approve payables.
  9. Prepare and present annual operating budgets.
  10. Review monthly financial statements and prepare variance reports.
  11. Coordinate with ownership, tenants, leasing, and construction teams.
  12. Present information clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing.
  13. Assist with tenant build-outs.
  14. Perform other duties as required.
  15. Be on call 24/7 as needed.
Other Requirements
  1. Willingness to travel to the Bay Area, Sacramento, and San Jose.
  2. Minimum 3 years of retail or commercial property management experience.
  3. Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
  4. Proficiency in Windows, property management software, MS Word, MS Excel, and social media platforms.

The salary range is $125,000 - $160,000, bonus eligible, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, paid leave, holidays, and more.
