Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Multisite Property Manager to oversee the operations, staff, and financial performance of multiple residential and/or commercial properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure that each site maintains high occupancy, delivers exceptional tenant experiences, complies with regulatory requirements, and operates efficiently within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all sites.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support on-site staff including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff.
• Leasing & Marketing: Oversee leasing activity to maintain high occupancy levels; implement marketing strategies tailored to each property's market.
• Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage property budgets; analyze financial performance and provide regular reporting.
• Tenant Relations: Foster positive tenant relations by responding to concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner; uphold property appearance and functionality.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing regulations; ensure safety and risk mitigation protocols are followed.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple residential and/or commercial properties
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI)
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Knowledge of relevant housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws
• Ability to travel between sites as required
• [Optional] Real Estate License or CPM designation is a plus

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5+ years of experience in property management, with multisite oversight

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel between properties
• May require evening/weekend availability depending on operational needs
• Hybrid or field-based work environment depending on company structure
