Function

Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to investment property management clients. Will keep the portfolio organized and will always be looking for ways to improve property management services.

Description:

The Senior Manager at Senné reports directly to the Director of Investment Property Management. Their primary responsibilities include managing mixed, multi-site investment portfolios on behalf of third party clients. The Manager will be responsible for all daily property operations, including but not limited to, low-income lease compliance, tenant communication, on-site walkthroughs, accounting review and reporting, capital improvement project management, etc. They also assist the Managing Director, Director, Maintenance Director and other Property Managers with managing projects, client expectations, emergency situations, and any task reasonably requested in the administration of the Property Management firm. The Manager shall always devote their full efforts to furthering the Property Management business of the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Support & Property Management
2. Scheduling with Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Manager and Property Managers and customers.
3. Work with Maintenance Managers and Property Managers to assist with daily workload.
4. Provide Emergency On-Call Support and assistance to the Maintenance Department, as needed.
5. Daily correspondence with Clients, Tenants, Property Managers, and other staff to ensure the highest levels of communication and customer service.
6. Ability to maintain and review property accounting records and reports.
7. Annual lease renewal analysis, negotiation, preparation, and completion for all individual and portfolio units.
8. Assist and work with Housing Authorities to coordinate and manage low-income lease compliance, lease renewals, and recertifications.

10. Assist in the overall management and administration of the Company as needed.
11. Keep records on contractors, vendors and maintenance employees.
12. Communicate regularly with Maintenance Managers, Property Managers, Director, Managing Director, and accounting staff regarding property activities.
13. Data entry, and task management in software systems, including record keeping on contractors, vendors and maintenance employees.
14. Billing/invoicing administration.
15. Actively work to promote the firm wherever possible, including in solicitation of new clients.

17. Enforce professionalism standards for safety and customer service.
18. Respond to all requests promptly, and arrange for troubleshooting and repairs.
19. Assist in large project management, recommending vendors, obtaining multiple prices, etc.
20. Accurately report all hours worked for all team members and regularly update customers and operational systems.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years management experience with mixed-use multi-site residential.
2. Experience working with low-income housing authorities and tenants required.
3. Experience working with Yardi Voyager required.
4. Must be highly motivated and willing to work off hours and weekends from time to time.
5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Property Management Certifications a plus, but not required.
7. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Will work full time out of the corporate headquarters. The role is expected to be proactive in improving client relations and client experience.
