Salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 per year, with additional incentives based on experience and location, and a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, marketing.
• Prepare annual budgets and complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others.
• Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the existing team at the Boston Portfolios.
• Oversee leasing, credit, and collections, and marketing activities.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial reporting to senior management.

The salary range for this role is $110,000-120,000 annually along with an additional incentive structure depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
