Chestnut Hill Realty in the Boston Portfolios is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead our property management team. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role offers an established, supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

The position emphasizes a strong work ethic, effective leadership, and the ability to drive performance across multiple properties in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, marketing.
• Prepare annual budgets and complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others.

The salary range for this role is $110,000-120,000 annually along with an additional incentive structure depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
