Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Manager for Property Management to lead a team responsible for operating and financially managing a portfolio of properties. This on-site role is based in the Financial District and serves as the primary owner representative with accountability for reports and performance.

You will oversee multi-year capital initiatives, budgets, and vendor contracts while maintaining strong tenant relations and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees and conducting evaluations.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities for large portfolios.
• On-site property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to report to property owners with clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Respond to high-profile tenant needs and issues.
• Lead multi-year capital forecasting and full project lifecycle.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as owner representative and deliver timely reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare legal notices and coordinate legal actions as needed.
• Review rent and CAM recoveries for timely payments.
