Job summary

The Doran Group seeks a Senior Building Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-building property with over 500 units, ensuring safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage vendor relations within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities include developing long-term maintenance plans, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Handle resident concerns and accommodation requests.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Oversee vendor bids, service contracts, and agreements.
• Support new building start-up processes and warranty defect handling.
