Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Manager Property Insurance to lead the property insurance program, renewals, and risk coordination across our portfolio. You will manage policy tracking, endorsements, and loss data, while partnering with brokers, carriers, and internal partners to ensure accurate exposure reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in property insurance, risk management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial property insurance concepts, policy structures, claims processes, and insurance program administration.
• Experience working with brokers, carriers, claims administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of property insurance programs, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal partners on renewals and exposure data.
• Maintain schedules/records of insured locations, values, coverage, deductibles, and endorsements.
• Coordinate property insurance claims activities and reporting.
• Support audits, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Legal to improve workflows.
