Citizens Property Insurance Corporation is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager – Lead to drive development and enhancements of property insurance products. You will organize data, develop product recommendations aligned with our strategic goals, and mentor analysts and specialists.

Ideal candidates bring extensive commercial lines experience, with preferred exposure to commercial residential and nonresidential property coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years relevant experience or a combination.
• 7+ years of professional property insurance experience including 3 years in personal/commercial lines.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates results, data, market research, feedback to identify product changes and action plans.
• Conducts and analyzes market research and reports to stakeholders.
• Leads cross-functional teams to implement product changes and filings.
• Communicates product information and changes to internal/external stakeholders; develops training.
• Mentors Product Analysts and Product Specialists; participates in performance reviews.
