Job summary

JCW Group, in partnership with an insurance group, seeks a Senior Commercial Product Manager for the Commercial Property function. You will drive strategy, development, and performance of the Property portfolio, shaping product strategy and underwriting direction for profitable growth.

The role is hybrid with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri, across multiple U.S. locations including Raleigh, NC. Applicants must have strong Commercial Property insurance expertise and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of commercial insurance experience in product management, underwriting, forms development, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience focused on Commercial Property product work.
• Authorization to work in the United States with no VISA sponsorship for employment purposes, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance policy forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines, and coverage solutions.
• Work alongside underwriting leadership to refine underwriting strategy, risk appetite, and portfolio performance.
• Review ISO changes and recommend whether to adopt them, modify them, or pursue proprietary alternatives.

JCW Group has partnered with an insurance group to hire a Senior Product Manager within their Commercial Property product function. This is a highly visible role, where you'll drive the strategy, development, and performance of the Property product portfolio. It's an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property insurance expert looking to shape product strategy, influence underwriting direction, and drive profitable growth across the portfolio.

This is a hybrid position, with in-office work required Monday through Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Location: Cheshire, CT; Alpharetta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Scottsdale, AZ; Newark, NJ; Naperville, IL; or Rolling Meadows, IL.
