Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Property Analyst to lead long-range digital transformation planning and automate business processes across RMS, with direct asset management support for Owego and Sikorsky locations.

The role requires knowledge of DOW Government Property reporting systems (PIEE) and FAR/DFARS contract language, plus exposure to SAP S/4 HANA. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for prioritization and alignment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in DOW Government Property reporting business systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite.
• Understanding of Basis of Estimates for level of effort organization.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external counterparts for business system integration.

Responsabilités

• DCMA Audit support.
• Generating ad hoc reports / metrics / presentations as requested.
• Creation and execution of test scripts and procedures for 1LMX.
• Defect triage and remediation.
• Data Validation.
