Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in engineering/structural engineering or seven years in architecture/construction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site reconnaissance for various real estate property types.
• Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation.
• Assessment reporting on current condition of building components.
• Travel on short notice as required.
