Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory of facilities and classify building components according to ASTM UNIFORMAT II.
• Perform assessments of building physical conditions and code conformance.
• Document conditions using computer tablets with built-in cameras.
• Work under supervision and follow standard practices.
