Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando seeks a Sr Property Analyst for the Property Management team. You will manage property accountability, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across the property lifecycle.

Responsibilities include property control analysis, government interaction, and training on business-system processes to ensure FAR/CAS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAR/DFARS requirements and interpretation related to the property management lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external counterparts for business system integration
• Experience dealing with U.S. Government DCMA and Program Office personnel
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience utilizing SAP and other Government Systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct property control analysis and maintain accountability of company, government, or contractor property
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance issues with customers and federal oversight agencies
• Develop Basis of Estimates and provide justification support during proposal phases
• Identify property-related risks and contractual requirements pre- and post-award
• Provide guidance and training on business-system processes, laws, and compliance requirements
