Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing financial statements and operating reports.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Oversees vendor invoices, ensures insurance certificates, and coordinates with accounting and owners as needed.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals per lease terms.
• Gathers market trends to inform short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring maintenance standards are met.
