Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent plus at least seven years of relevant experience.
• Three years of claims or underwriting training experience preferred.
• Advanced degree or industry designations preferred.
• Excellent presentation and strong time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO contract and/or FBMC contract and commitment to continuing education.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of property claims training curriculum and delivery.
• Lead new hires through the training curriculum with regular meetings and progress updates.
• Identify updates to course curriculum and online modules with Instructional Designers.
• Design and develop training programs including curriculum and online courses.
• Review training feedback and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with claims best practices and applicable laws.
