Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior Property Claims professional to directly handle high severity first‑party property claims and oversee TPAs. The role emphasizes coverage review, investigations, damages estimation, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial property claims, with liability or personal lines experience preferred, and an adjuster license. Travel is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years Commercial Property claims experience
• Personal Lines Property claims experience preferred
• Liability claims experience preferred
• Litigation management preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with claim handling guidelines on coverage, investigation, liability, damages, and resolution
• Provide technical oversight to TPA claim handlers
• Evaluate insurance contracts for coverage issues
• Manage claim diaries to progress toward resolution
• Oversee claim handling per regulatory requirements
• Represent the company in claim market meetings
• Communicate with internal partners about large losses and insights
• Improve Property Division processes for service, technical excellence, and efficiency
• Participate in the Property Claim Quality Assurance program
